Looking for a furry friend to read with? Adopt a (stuffed) reading buddy from the South Hill Library to take home and read to each day! Ages 5-12. Supplies are limited, registration required.

Summer is coming to a end, but that doesn't mean the reading has to stop! Children can adopt a reading buddy by committing to read with/to their buddy for 20 minutes a day all year long. Each child will get a new stuffed animal, an adoption certificate, supplies to make a collar, and a carrier to decorate.

Reading Buddies are stuffed animals that help children practice reading in a nonjudgmental environment.

Ages 5-12. Supplies are limited, please register each child individually.
