Prevent your food waste scraps from going to the landfill. In this class we will learn how to reduce food waste at home, and explore several methods to compost what remains.

Several composting options will be explored including vermicomposting, trench composting, digesters, Bokashi, and the use of tumblers and other self-contained composting systems.
