Steilacoom Meeting Room

Enjoy an inspiring afternoon of poetry and community. Bring any poem you love and share why it is meaningful to you.

In celebration of Black History Month, the library will spotlight some favorite poets and poems that explore African-American history and culture.

Join us and learn about the histories, contributions, and lived experiences of those around us as we uplift community voices and explore stories that act as mirrors of our own lives and windows into experiences different from our own.
