It's going to get messy in the kitchen - but that's ok! Recruit the sous chefs in your family and join us for a spring themed bake off via Zoom.
Here's what you need to know to compete:
Your team can consist of your household members or you can compete by yourself.
Each team needs to have two square or round cake layers baked and cooled for the challenge. These can be any flavor and should be made ahead of time. We'll give you the challenge at the start of the event and you will use the cake layers to assemble it. We also suggest that you have your favorite homemade or store-bought vanilla icing on hand.
This is meant to be fun but our judges will pick a winner.
Note for caregivers - Registering your child for this event gives them permission to participate in the library's virtual event hosted on Zoom, an online platform. The event will be monitored by library staff. We encourage caregivers to join in with your child and ask that an adult stay with children under 5.
