Experts at Tacomaprobono’s Housing Justice Project and Pierce County Human Services will answer legal questions and provide help for applying for rental/utility assistance programs.

Do you have questions about eviction or navigating the many changes in Washington’s new landlord-tenant laws? Do you need help with past due rent or utilities because of COVID-19? This clinic is for you.

Experts at Tacomaprobono’s Housing Justice Project will answer your legal questions and provide information and resources to help with eviction and other landlord-tenant issues, including the new Washington legal protections for tenants, the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program, payment plans, eviction notices, past evictions on your record, moving, deposits, repairs, habitability and many other issues.

Talk with staff from the Housing Justice Project and Pierce County Human Services to get answers to your questions and apply for rental/utility assistance on-site. Tacomaprobono staff will also be able help determine if you’re eligible for 1:1 assistance through their legal clinics, complete the intake process and expedite referral to prevent eviction.

Please register in advance to help us get an idea of how many attendees to expect.
