Outdoor Soundwalk

Join us for a guided, mindfulness activity. Experience nature, de-stress, and develop a better understanding of our environment and ecosystem through active listening.

Have you ever tried to focus on the quietest, smallest sound you can hear? What's it sound like? Come listen with us, and experience our sonic environment in a new way. 

Please dress for the weather. The Soundwalks will happen rain or shine! Soundwalks at the South Hill Community Park will be approximately 0.8 miles on a paved loop. Soundwalks at the Meridian Habitat Park will be approximately 0.5 miles over uneven dirt, grass, and gravel.
