This engaging workshop promises to "prime the pump" as you reflect on favorite memories. Guided exercises will inspire you and provide a roadmap for your memoir.

Your life has many chapters, and each unique experience holds a key to who you are, what you value, and what you wish to pass on to others.  Join this exciting and rewarding workshop!  You’ll learn strategies to “prime the pump” and get the words flowing.  You’ll discover you remember far more than you think. And, you can share your stories, if you wish, with others who support you in this rewarding enterprise.

 

About the Instructor: Joan Tornow is the author of Writing Memoir Together: A Roundtable Approach and is the designer and webmaster of www.writingmemoir.com.  She is an award-winning author and has published seven nonfiction books, including Walking with Toby: Joy in the Everyday.
