Catapults have been used throughout history to launch heavy objects into an enemy’s camp and hurl items long distances and over walls. Now you too can lay siege...to SCIENCE!! Build catapults out of simple materials, use them to fire cotton wool balls, and then evaluate their performance. Who can hurl their cotton the farthest? What materials give the most oomph? Why is it so darn hard to aim? Let's find out together!
