Parkland/Spanaway Large Meeting Room

Join us at the Parkland/Spanaway Library to explore a real seal skeleton, along with our replica of a human skeleton. Learn facts about skeletons and complete a fun activity!

Come visit our traveling display of a real seal skeleton made up of approximately 250 individual bones! Explore the difference between our skeleton and a marine animal!

This event is for ages 6 to 12.

 

The seal skeleton exhibit is courtesy of the Washington State Library and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
