Gig Harbor resident and attorney Jonathan Kaiser will discuss a legal topic of interest to our community.

Learn about important documents relating to Washingtonians' estate plans, including wills, living trusts, durable powers of attorney, directives to physicians and community property agreements. Mr. Kaiser will also briefly explain the "probate" process as well as the application of the Washington laws that usually apply to one's property when they do not have a valid will or living trust.
