Whether you want to come learn how to play or bring your own deck(s) to challenge your friends, this time is dedicated to playing the Magic: The Gathering card game.

Join us at the South Hill Library to play the Magic: The Gathering card game! If you are just learning how to play, stop by to practice building decks with cards provided for you, or play with pre-built decks. If you're already familiar with the game, bring your own decks to challenge your friends and other local players. There are no format limits and no prizes. Free snacks will be provided courtesy of the Friends of the South Hill Library! Materials available to borrow during the program include a variety of cards, dice, pre-built decks and more! Additional cards and supplies have been provided for use and learning by Weirdcards Charitable Club: Magikids!

  • Cards and other materials may not be traded, bought, or sold at library programs 
  • The library is not responsible for lost or stolen property
  • Supplies provided by the library to play, practice, and or learn must be returned to the library after the program
